Change of mind
If an unused item arrives as described, you may request a return within fourteen days of delivery. Return shipping is organised through email so costs stay transparent.
Faulty items
If packaging arrives damaged, photograph the outer carton and send the images with your Reach message. We will outline next steps without assigning blame language.

Downloadable appendices are described on the Items page. After a file link is sent, returns apply only when the file does not match the listed description.
